1. Agreement to Terms
By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
BK Suite Moments provides luxury hotel room decoration and picnic setup services in Connecticut and Westchester County, NY. Services include:
- •Room decoration packages for special occasions
- •Luxury picnic setups
- •Optional add-ons (flowers, beverages, decor enhancements)
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- •Bookings can be made through our website by purchasing a package
- •Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
- •All prices are in USD and include the base package plus any selected add-ons
3.2 Payment
- •We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe
- •Payment is processed securely and encrypted
- •A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment
4. Service Area
We provide services in:
- •Connecticut: Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, Darien, New Canaan, and surrounding areas
- •New York: Westchester County (White Plains, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, and surrounding areas)
For locations outside our primary service area, please contact us for a custom quote.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellations by Customer
- •7+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- •3-6 days before event: 50% refund
- •Less than 3 days before event: No refund
5.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your event up to 5 days before the original date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 5 days may incur a $50 fee.
5.3 Cancellations by BK Suite Moments
If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, emergency, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
6. Event Requirements
6.1 Venue Access
- •For hotel rooms: You must provide us with room access details and coordinate with the hotel
- •For outdoor setups: You must ensure we have permission to set up at the chosen location
- •Setup typically requires 1-2 hours before your event
6.2 Cleanup
Our packages include setup and removal. We will return to collect all decorations and equipment at the agreed-upon time.
7. Liability and Damages
7.1 Our Responsibility
We take great care with our services. However, we are not liable for:
- •Damage to venue property not caused by our negligence
- •Delays or issues caused by venue restrictions or policies
- •Weather-related issues for outdoor events
- •Items lost or stolen from the event location
7.2 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- •Any damage to our equipment or decorations beyond normal wear and tear
- •Providing accurate venue information and access details
- •Coordinating with the venue for any necessary permissions
8. Photography and Marketing
We may photograph our setups for marketing purposes. If you prefer your event not be photographed or shared, please inform us at the time of booking.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
10. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if specific items become unavailable. We will notify you of any significant changes to your package.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Connecticut.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to customers with pending bookings.
